This service can be incorporated into a business consultation plan, or offered as a stand-alone service.  It is designed for business executives and/or managers who are interested in enhancing their interpersonal office performance.  I work one-on-one with executives to identify and develop individual strengths and weaknesses.  As part of this process, we will focus on your interpersonal relationship characteristics and patterns when dealing with colleagues in the office; identifying and effectively managing difficult team members; and building strategies to increase the motivation of your team and obtain the best possible team performance.
